Never a problem at the usual trucks. We haven’t heard from these food trucks in a while. Sure, you can get napkins, but after eating the barbecue pork, I needed a shower. Very soft and yummy, but had a little crunch with the blackened bacon bits. A nice surprise was the Kobayashi Waffle Fries. There is a Chili next to the name on the menu, anyone who has looked at a menu knows that Chili = spicy. I don’t know why everyone is complaining about the heat in that dish. Our order was taken quickly and the food was out in less than 10 minutes. Saturday, August 3 rd, was the 3 rd annual Gourmet Food Truck Festival at the Del Mar Races and Chop Soo-ey was on my list of trucks to try.
